Aperol Spritz

This isn’t your mom’s white wine spritzer. The Aperol Spritz is this summer’s cocktail of choice. You’ll be spritzing like you’re on the Amalfi coast.

Ingredients

Serves 1

2 oz of Prosecco

1 oz of Aperol

Splash of Soda Water

Garnish with Orange Wheel

How To Mix

We love this for a pool side afternoon because it’s just simply refreshing. Add the prosecco first to a wine glass with ice, then add the Aperol. Last but not least splash some soda water and garnish with an orange wheel. Use a paper straw for a fun finishing touch, cheers!
